During the interview process, you will be assessed for job match, guest service skills and previous experience. You may have multiple interviews, depending on the nature of the position. You will be given insight into our culture and expectations, and we will answer any questions you may have about the position.
Job offers are contingent on a background check, completed and verified I-9 paperwork, and Social Security number verification. Your employment with Plum Market will begin with an orientation and training. During the first 30-90 days your performance will be evaluated by a Team Leader.
