Dear Plum Market Guests:
We are committed to supporting the health and safety of our guests and Team Members with our ongoing safety efforts. This week we are unveiling even more measures to make it easier for everyone to safely navigate our stores.

In the coming days we will be launching the following initiatives and expect to have each detail in place by end of week:

  • We will begin counting guests as they enter the store as an added measure to limit capacity
  • We will offer complimentary gloves to our guests at the entrance
  • We will provide CDC approved facial coverings for all Team Members to use through their shifts
  • We are implementing one way directional shopping traffic to limit guest overlap in the aisles
  • We are requiring our Team Members to wear gloves throughout their shifts
  • Our Credit Card Pin Pads are being sanitized with a CDC approved disinfectant for COVID-19
  • We are no longer allowing the use of reusable bags brought from home in an effort to limit opportunities for cross contamination
  • We are launching dedicated priority hours for Seniors, Immunocompromised, and Expectant Mothers

Last week I officially designated a Director of COVID-19 Operations who is ensuring our compliance with all the latest CDC and local health department guidelines. This person is monitoring all stores on a daily basis, performing spot checks on all health and safety procedures, and will continue to roll out additional safety and operational measures.

As Plum Market has been deemed and Essential Business we are committed to keeping our stores stocked with all key items. I will continue to update you on our evolving safety measures.

Sincerely,

Matthew Jonna
CEO of Plum Market
