If you find yourself craving the flavors of summer, we recommend whipping up this ridiculously easy Heirloom Tomato Tart. Serve it for lunch on its own or with a salad for dinner.

Heirloom Tomato Tart

  • 1 package of immaculate pie crusts, you will use both
  • 4-5 heirloom tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 whole garlic cloves
  • Plum Market Fresh Ricotta
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Unroll both pie crust dough on a baking sheet, forming one crust
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  4. Spread ricotta over the crust evenly
  5. Cover with sliced tomatoes and a few whole garlic cloves
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  7. Bake for 20-30 minutes
