Louisiana Cajun Blackened Seasoning. For Fish, Meat, or Poultry.

Suggested Use:
Heat iron skillet over high heat. Dip fish, meat or poultry in melted butter or margarine. Shake Blackened Seasoning on both sides of fish, meat or poultry. Cook fish filets 1 1/2 minutes per side. Cook meat or poultry until charred. Ventilate well - will produce intense smoke.

Ingredients:
Salt, paprika, spices, garlic, onion, monosodium glutamate, caramel color, hydrolyzed soy protein, partially hydrogenated cottonseed and soy oil.
