Infinite Antioxidant Smoothie Bowl
10 oz Frozen Strawberries and Bananas
10 oz Frozen Acai
1 C Water
1 C Light Coconut Milk
1/3 C Chia Seeds
¼ C Flaxseed Meal
¼ C Honey
Toppings: Berries, Dried Cherries, Granola, Nuts, Goji, Chia Seeds, Bee Pollen, and Coconut.
- Thaw frozen fruit.
- Blend the Strawberries and Bananas with the Water and Coconut Milk.
- Blend in Frozen Acai
- Stir in Chia Seeds, Flax, Honey, and Salt. Let stand for 10-15 minutes to thicken.
- Serve with toppings of your choice. Refrigerate leftovers for up to three days.
