Where can I use my Plum Market Rewards card?
You can use your Plum Market Rewards card at any Plum Market location.

Do I need the card to receive special pricing?
The Plum Market Rewards card is not a discount card. We will send you special coupons to use in the store on future purchases, but the card is not necessary to receive sale prices.

What if I don’t have an email address?
We are currently only sending rewards and exclusive offers via email. Because we want to give our guests the most significant rewards, we do not have the capability to send rewards through the mail. You may want to find a friend or family member that can print the reward for you or sign up for an email account at the library. If you have absolutely no email option, please call Plum Market Rewards member care and we will do our best to assist you.

I think I already signed up for your mailing list, do I need to sign up again?
Yes! We need your contact information to assign to your Plum Market Rewards account, so please fill out an enrollment form and get your Plum Market Rewards card from guest relations or at the register. Once you have joined the Plum Market Rewards program you will not need to sign up for any other mailing list.

How do I earn points?
You will begin accumulating points on the first purchase you make with your Plum Market Rewards card. You must use your card every time you shop to earn points. For every dollar you spend on qualifying purchases, you earn one point. Qualifying purchases exclude gift cards, sales tax, and bottle deposits.

What if I forget my card and I want the points for a purchase I already made?
You must use your card every time you shop to earn points on your purchases. If you have forgotten you card, we can look you up by phone number or last name at the register.

When will I receive reward vouchers?
You will receive a $10 reward when you reach 500 points.
           
What is the Plum Market eBulletin and is it the same as Rewards?
Registering for the eBulletin is not the same as the Rewars Program. The eBulletin is only for newsletters; you need a Reward card to participate in the rewards Program.

What if I lose my card?
If you lose your card, you will need to contact Plum Market Rewards member care: 1.248.487.7007  to get a new card. It may take a few days, so in the meantime please ask the cashier to look you up manually so you can continue accumulating points. If you lose your card before your information has been entered into the database, please wait 10-15 days to request a new card.

How do I check my account status and balance?
To check your points balance, contact Plum Market Rewards member care:  1.248.487.7007 or rewards@plummarket.com.

What are ‘Qualifying Purchases’?
Qualifying Purchases are all purchases at Plum Market excluding gift cards, gift cards, bottle deposits and sales tax. Other exclusions may apply.

Can I get an extra Plum Market Rewards card for another member of my family?
At this time we provide one key tag and one wallet card for Plum Market Rewards members for convenient scanning every time you shop. We do not provide more than two cards per account.

What happens if I want to cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership by contacting Plum Market Rewards member care: at 1.248.487.7007 or rewards@plummarket.com. Please wait 10-15 days to have your contact information cleared from the system, you may receive one or two more emails.

What if I participate in the SCRIP program?
You can use your Plum Market Rewards card to earn points for the qualifying purchases you make, as well as to make a contribution to approved SCRIP schools. To connect your Rewards Card to an approved SCRIP school, contact Plum Market Rewards Member Care a 248.487.7007 or rewards@plummarket.com

What if my spouse and I both join the Plum Market Rewards program and now have two different cards, but we want to be on the same account?
Since you are given a key tag and wallet card, you can give your spouse the one you are not using and use only one account (destroy or return the cards you are not using) or you can contact Plum Market Rewards member care: 1.248.487.7007 or rewards@plummarket.com for more assistance.

How do I receive my reward vouchers?
Reward vouchers will be sent to the email address you provided Plum Market when you joined the Plum Market Rewards program.

How do I use reward vouchers?
There are two ways to redeem your reward vouchers: You can print your reward voucher, you can take the reward voucher to any Plum Market store location to use toward your next purchase, or you may show the cashier the voucher on your Smart phone, PDA, or mobile device.

Rewards Vouchers are a tender type and…

• Must be used in full
  
  
• Are not redeemable for cash
  
  
• Can only be used once. Attempting to duplicate or reuse a voucher is considered fraud and will result in forfeit of all points and membership
  
  
• Cannot be used toward wine, beer, alcohol, prior purchases, gift cards, scrip cards, sales tax or bottle deposits
  
  
• Expire 30 days from being sent to member
  
  
• Cannot be used with any other offer from Plum Market (i.e. $5 off $25 coupons)
  
  
• Other exclusions may apply

Do my reward vouchers expire?
Yes, each reward voucher has a 30 day expiration date from the time the reward is sent to your email address. We suggest checking your email on a regular basis so you do not miss out on exclusive savings.

What if I don’t use my entire reward voucher?
You must use your reward voucher in its entirety toward ‘Qualifying Purchases’ (see above); we cannot give cash back on any reward voucher.

I haven’t received any reward vouchers yet, why?
There are a number of reasons you have not received your reward vouchers.

• The email we sent you may have gone into a Spam or Junk Folder

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to the Plum Market Rewards program, a program designed to offer valued customers an opportunity to save money as they shop.  Use of the Plum Market Rewards card constitutes each MEMBER’s acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

1. DEFINTIONS
1. “Plum Market Rewards” shall mean Plum Market’s reward program.
2. “MEMBER” shall mean each customer who registers for and is issued a Plum Market Rewards card.
3. “Qualifying Purchases” shall mean purchases made at participating Plum Market locations (net of returns and credits) when presenting a Plum Market Rewards card, excluding beer, wine, alcohol, bottle deposits and/or returns, sales tax, gift card purchases, purchases made without presenting a Plum Market Rewards card, stamps, tobacco products and other excluded purchases, as determined by Plum Market in its sole discretion. 
4. “SCRIP cards” shall mean cards and discounts awarded to customers through Plum Market’s scrip program. 
5.   “Reward Voucher” shall mean a voucher issued by Plum Market to a MEMBER who reaches the requisite point threshold to receive such a reward. 
2. MEMBER BENEFITS
1. When a MEMBER shops at Plum Market, said MEMBER will earn one point for each dollar spent on Qualifying Purchases. When the MEMBER reaches 500 points, the MEMBER shall receive a $10 Reward Voucher.  The Reward Voucher shall be sent to the email address provided by the MEMBER. Reward Vouchers are valid only at participating Plum Market locations and may only be used to purchase products in the store. 
2. Currently, there is no limit to the amount of points a MEMBER can earn, however, Plum Market reserves the right to cap the number of points that a MEMBER may earn during a given calendar year.    
3. In addition to earning Reward Vouchers, MEMBERS may also receive periodic Exclusive MEMBER only offers via email. 
3. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. MEMBER must provide a valid email address to receive Reward Vouchers and exclusive offers. Each Member must pay a one-time membership fee of $25.00, unless said fee is waived in conjunction with a Plum Market promotion.
2. Memberships and Reward Vouchers may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, assigned, donated or traded.
3. Plum Market provides each MEMBER with one key tag and one wallet reward card.
4. Plum Market is not responsible for points earned or lost on misplaced or stolen reward cards, however, Plum Market will provide a replacement card.
5. MEMBER recognizes that the Plum Market Reward benefits and the Plum Market Rewards program are not the property of the MEMBER and that MEMBER shall have no ownership rights in points that have accumulated in his or her membership account, until said points are disbursed to the MEMBER through a Reward Voucher.
6. MEMBER is responsible for providing and updating personal information and contact information with the Plum Market Rewards member care by visiting www.plummarket.com
7. Plum Market Team Members may not participate in the Plum Market Rewards program.
4. POINT ACCRUAL
1. Points are accumulated based on total dollars spent on Qualifying Purchases. Points are calculated after all discounts and coupons.  MEMBERS will NOT receive points for purchases that are made without presenting their Plum Market Rewards card. 
2. If a MEMBER returns a Qualifying Purchase, said MEMBER’s point status will be adjusted to reflect the return (a deduction of points may occur). 
3. Plum Market Rewards cards cannot be used to reload or purchase SCRIP cards or gift cards.
5. REWARD VOUCHERS
1. MEMBER accounts are reviewed each week and Reward Vouchers are sent on Friday of each week.
2. Plum Market is not responsible for communications sent to MEMBERS that are blocked by spam filters, not received due to incorrect email addresses, lost, delayed or misdirected or for any other communication failure outside the reasonable control of Plum Market. MEMBERs should add rewards@plummarket.com to their safe contacts to ensure proper receipt of Plum Market Rewards vouchers and exclusive offers.
3. Reward Vouchers are redeemable at participating Plum Market stores only.
4. Rewards that are not redeemed before their expiration date are forfeited.
5. Reward Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.  No cash back will be provided if a Reward Voucher is not used in full (e.g., if the cost of a MEMBER’s products is $3.00 and he/she uses a $10.00 Reward Voucher, the Reward Voucher will pay for the products, but the MEMBER shall forfeit the remaining amount of the Reward Voucher).  To avoid this result, MEMBERS should use their Reward Vouchers to purchase products whose aggregate cost exceeds the amount of said Reward Vouchers.
6. Reward Vouchers cannot be used toward wine, beer, alcohol, sales tax, bottle deposits and/or returns, prior purchases, or other excluded purchases, as determined by Plum Market in its sole discretion.
7. Reward Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers or coupons from Plum Market or in conjunction with gift cards or SCRIP cards or other coupons or discounts, except manufacturer coupons.
8. Any MEMBER who attempts to duplicate, reprint, reuse, or otherwise abuse the Plum Market Rewards program will forfeit all unused Reward Vouchers and his/her membership in the Plum Market Rewards program.
9. Plum Market reserves the right to deny or limit membership to the Plum Market Rewards program for any reason or no reason.
6. PRIVACY STATEMENT
1. By becoming a MEMBER, you agree to receive electronic communications from Plum Market.
2. Reward Vouchers and exclusive offers are sent from rewards@plummarket.com.
3. Personal information provided in connection with the Plum Market Rewards program will not be shared with any other organization which is not affiliated with Plum Market’s reward program.
4. Plum Market is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding children, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. Plum Market will not knowingly collect, maintain, or disclose any personally identifiable information from a child under thirteen without first obtaining consent from that child's parent or legal guardian.
5. Plum Market reserves the right to modify, amend, change, suspend and/or terminate the Plum Market Rewards program and revoke or limit any or all of the rights and privileges granted to a MEMBER at any time with or without notice or liability to said MEMBER.  All modifications to the Plum Market Rewards program shall be posted at www.plummarket.com and shall become effective when posted.  Plum Market will endeavor to provide MEMBERS with seven (7) days notice before modifying, amending, suspending and/or terminating the Plum Market Rewards program.
6. A MEMBER’s continued use of his/her Plum Market Rewards card, after a change has been posted and gone into effect, constitutes acceptance of the change to the Plum Market Rewards program.
7. Plum Market reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate a MEMBER’s membership in the Plum Market Rewards program for any reason, with or without notice.
8. A MEMBER may cancel his/her membership at anytime by opting out of email communications from rewards@plummarket.com.
7. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Plum Market, its affiliates and suppliers make no representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the Plum Market Rewards card or each MEMBER’S account, including, but not limited to, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ANY WARRANTY ARISING BY USAGE OF TRADE, COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
IN THE EVENT THAT PLUM MARKET, ITS AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS ARE FOUND LIABLE TO YOU, YOU SHALL ONLY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER ACTUAL AND DIRECT DAMAGES. PLUM MARKET, ITS AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE AND USE) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH PLUM MARKET’S REWARD PROGRAM, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, WHETHER ACTIVE, PASSIVE OR IMPUTED), PRODUCT LIABILITY, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF WE OR OUR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL PLUM MARKET, ITS AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, OR ALTERATION, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OF PLUM MARKET REWARDS CARD ACCOUNT THROUGH ACCIDENT, MISUSE, OR FRAUDULENT MEANS OR DEVICES BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, OR AS A RESULT OF ANY DELAY, MISTAKE RESULTING FROM ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND PLUM MARKET’S CONTROL.  ANY LIABILITY PLUM MARKET MAY HAVE TO A MEMBER SHALL BE LIMITED TO $100.00 (US DOLLARS).
The laws of certain states or other jurisdiction do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have rights in addition to those contained in these Terms and Conditions. In such jurisdiction, Plum Market’s liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

8. MISCELLANEOUS
1. These Terms and Conditions are binding on each MEMBER as long as he or she participates in the Plum Market Rewards program.  The Terms and Conditions are also binding after a MEMBER’s membership is terminated, as to any issue or transaction that occurred during his/her participation in the Plum Market Rewards program. 
2. The Plum Market Rewards program is open and offered to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia.
3. MEMBER agrees that he/she will not attempt to transmit any exclusive offers or Reward Vouchers offered under the Plum Market Rewards program to any other person.
4. The Plum Market Rewards program is void where prohibited by state, federal or local law. 
5. Any dispute relating to the Plum Market Rewards program shall be governed by the laws of the state of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
6. These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between Plum Market and each MEMBER and supersede any other agreements, statements or representations.
7. In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be determined to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
8. Headings herein are for convenience of reference only and shall in no way affect interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
