STORE POLICIES

Returns
Plum Market is committed to making your shopping experience a rewarding one.  If for any reason you are not absolutely thrilled with any purchase simply bring the product back for a full refund or store credit.    

• Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase.
• All returns without receipt will be issued as store credit.
• Beer / Wine / Liquor cannot be returned due to Michigan State Law.
• Gift cards are not eligible to be returned.

Catering Orders
Our Catering Team lives to serve! Stop by Monday through Friday between 9 a.m and 4 p.m. for your personalized consultation or feel free to give us a call.

We kindly ask for 72 hours advance notice for any and all catering orders.

Catering Quantities
Orders may be placed by the pan or by the pound. A half pan (roughly 3 pounds) will serve 8-10 people; a full pan, 15-20. Please note that each item requires a 3 pound minimum order.

Catering Payment & Cancellation
We accept major credit cards. Credit card information is required at the time the order is placed, and a 50% deposit will be charged. Since we purchase only the freshest ingredients to prepare your order, please note that we require 72 hours notice for any cancellations.

Pricing may be subject to change.

Catering Pick-Up and Delivery
You may arrange to have your order available for pick-up between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., or you may request delivery. Delivery is available within a 10 mile radius for a fee of $25. For deliveries outside a 10 mile radius, additional fees may be applicable.

Gift Basket Ordering
Our gorgeous gift baskets are available for in-store ordering only at this time. We will happily ship your order, however due to state laws, we cannot ship baskets containing alcohol outside the state of Michigan.
