Wine Shipping, Delivery, and Return Policy
Plum Market Wine Shipping Details
We accept orders from all states, but due to direct shipping laws and regulations, Plum Market can only ship wine to residential or business street addresses (no PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses) in the following states:
CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OR, SC, VA, VT, WA, WV, WY
All orders must ship to one address. If you would like to have orders shipped to separate addresses, multiple orders must be placed.
Wine Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the UPS tracking number. You can also track your shipment from the www.plummarket.com site via the”my account” section at the top of the webpage.
Wine General Shipping Timelines
Orders will be confirmed within 1 business day, and will typically be filled within 1 to 2 business days of the order being placed. You should expect your shipment to arrive within 5 to 10 business days, not including holidays. Please note that UPS Ground service does not guarantee delivery times. If there are special timeframe needs, please specify these in the notes section on the order page. We will do whatever it takes to get it to you on time.
Wine Non-Delivery Issues
If no one is present to sign for the initial delivery, subsequent re-deliveries, and a pickup at the UPS shipping center, the order will be returned to plummarket.com. A full refund will be made to the credit card the order was placed on minus inbound and outbound shipping charges. Any UPS charges for corrections to shipping addresses or delivery intercepts will be passed through to the buyer.
Damaged Wine Shipments
All orders should be inspected thoroughly prior to signing off with the UPS driver. If any visible signs of damage are present (discolored and wet box), present it to the UPS driver who will be able to process a claim on the spot, or will return it to us for processing. All bottles are shipped in protective containers, so additional inspection may be necessary with the driver to determine whether any true damage has occurred. General Wine Info
Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from Plum Market to the purchaser in the state of Michigan. Plum Market makes no representation as to the legal rights of the buyer to ship or import wines into any other state, and the buyer is solely responsible for transfer of wine from Michigan to state of delivery. By arranging for transportation of wine, Plum Market is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from Plum Market, the purchaser is representing that he / she is acting in a fashion compliant with the local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that they have obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine, and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered.
All orders must be placed and received by buyers older than 21 years of age. Adult signature over 21 is required on all shipments.
Wine Return Policy
Due to Michigan state law we are unable to accept any returns for Wine. Thank you for your understanding.
Apothecary, Grocery, Eco-Family, and Gifts Shipping, Delivery, and Return Policy
We want you to be fully-satisfied with every item that you purchase from Plum Market. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges (for online orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase). You can expect to receive your refund within 14-21 business days after the package has been returned to Plum Market and the refund will be credited to the original purchasing credit card or gift card account number only.
The item(s) must be returned in new and unused condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories and original sales receipt (or packing slip for web orders) to ensure full credit. You will receive a full refund in the original form of payment for unopened items and store credit (at the current price) for opened items or items returned without a receipt. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product; you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We must physically receive the returned product within 30 days of purchase. Plum Market reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

Customized / Personalized Products

Orders by the case
Any orders for a full case of a product must be returned by the case in its entirety.

Estimate Shipping and Tax

Next Day Shipping
All next-day orders must be placed by 2:00PM EST for same-day shipping on business days. Otherwise, the order will be shipped the next business day. If an order is placed on Friday by 2:00 PM EST, the shipment should be received by the customer on Monday, pending credit card verification. Any order placed on a weekend will be shipped on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays, and subject to shipping availability).
Any back-ordered item(s) in your purchase will be shipped to you separately via standard shipping when they become available.
All in-stock products generally ship within 24 hours of the order being placed. When available, the back-ordered item(s) will ship. Domestic backordered items are usually shipped within 3-7 business days.
Additional Shipping Details

At this time, Plum Market does not ship internationally or to countries or US territories outside of the contiguous United States (except with respect to Hawaii and Alaska).
