An interactive adventure in food and wine harmony, with our own Madeline Triffon, MS, who loves nothing better than demystifying everything wine related. You’ll experience food-and-wine pairings that demonstrate super-easy principles. We’ll taste eight wines that express key textures – acidity, tannin, alcohol and sweetness as well as primal flavors of fruit, oak and earth. Each wine will be paired with a food component – sweet, sour, bitter, salt, fat, protein and heat. Then, we’ll sit back and watch what happens! This will not be a dinner, but will include light wine bar munchies. Only thirty seats are available. Please arrive by 6:45pm as the seminar will start promptly at 7pm.
