NV Champagne Joel Falmet Tradition

Located near the Aube River, the domaine consists of a small family vineyard with a very small annual production and has been passed down through the family for several generations. Joël took over the family domaine in the early 1990's and with the help of his brother Yves, they are the first in the family to produce estate bottled wine.The style is clean, straightforward, and full-bodied, which is typical of a Champagne from this region that is made primarily from Pinot Noir.The Côtes des Bar generally produces richer, fuller-bodied wines partially because it is further south and therefore slightly warmer. This wine is packed with red fruit, predominately cherry, and is bright, generous and has an amazingly long finish.
