- Tap “OK” on the error message.
- On the next screen, tap the “Forgot Password?” link.
- Enter the email address associated with your Rewards account and tap “Send Me Reset Password Instructions”
- Look for an email from Plum Market with a link to reset your password. Be sure to check different folders in your email, like “Clutter,” “Promotions,” or “Junk.”
- Click on the Reset Password link in the email and enter your new password.

Once you follow these steps, your account will be unlocked and you will be able to log back in with your new password.
