I am writing again to express my gratitude for your personal support towards our Team Members during this unprecedented time. As I visit the Plum Market locations, I have witnessed many of you thanking Team Members for their commitment to serving the communities they live and work in.
I want to echo that Plum Market’s Team Members are the unsung heroes here, providing the necessities for us to care for our families at home. We set a high expectation to give the very best Guest Service, and I am proud to say that the entire Plum Market Team continues to give its best.
We are committed to remaining open to service the needs of our Guests. We have contacted our suppliers and are doing everything in our power to secure those products which are in high demand. Rest assured that the health and wellbeing of all of Plum Market’s guests and Team Members is of paramount importance to us.
We continue to actively monitor the latest recommendations and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Michigan Department of Health, the Illinois Department of Public Health, and our local Health Departments, and continue executing action plans based on their specific recommendations. Of course, the very best action we can all take now is to recommit to protective personal hygiene, especially washing or sanitizing hands regularly, avoiding touching the mouth, eyes, and face, social distancing, and most importantly, following the recommended guidelines should you experience symptoms that align with those of COVID-19.
