Shipping Policies

All orders must ship to one address. If you would like to have orders shipped to separate addresses, multiple orders must be placed.

Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air

All Next-Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders must be placed by 2:00PM EST for same-day shipping on business days. Otherwise, the order will be shipped the next business day. Any order placed on a weekend will be shipped on the next business day. All Next-Day and 2nd Day Air deliveries will be delivered on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays, and subject to shipping availability).

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your order has been received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number.

Handling Time

Orders are typically filled within 1 to 2 business days of the order being placed. You should expect your shipment to arrive within 5 to 10 business days, not including holidays. Please note that FedEx Ground service does not guarantee delivery times. If there are special timeframe needs, please contact us. We will do whatever it takes to get it to you on time.

Plum Market Shipping Weather and Shipping Advisory

Extreme temperatures experienced during transit can be detrimental to the wine you order. Shipping during periods of heat or extreme cold is at your own risk. Use the weather in your area as a guide when making shipping arrangements. During times of extreme heat or cold, we will gladly hold your purchases until we can ensure safer travel. We do not advise shipping via ground during temperatures over 80°F (26°C) or under 32°F (0°C) – doing so risks damage to the wine. Plum Market is not responsible for damage to wine, including leakage or damaged corks, resulting from heat or extreme temperatures during shipment. We ship in boxes that hold 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, or 12 bottles of wine; to get the maximum value for your money, please order in those quantities. For example, the cost per bottle on a 7 bottle order is higher than a 12 bottle order because we use the same container and the base charge is the same. Please note figures are ESTIMATED, actual costs will be confirmed with you when your order is placed. We recommend shipping to an address where someone will be present to receive it during business hours(i.e a business during business hours). All shipping carriers require an adult signature at the time of delivery. Signature releases are not accepted. The carrier will make three delivery attempts before the item is returned to the shipper. We reserve the right to charge return shipping for refused or undelivered packages

Return Policies

Returning Alcohol

Unfortunately, due to state laws, we are unable to accept returns of alcohol.

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Plum Market. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges. Unfortuantely we can not accept returns or exchanges of alcohol, Regiis Ova caviar, or more than 12 units of the same item.

You can expect to receive your refund within 14-21 business days after the package has been returned to Plum Market and the refund will be credited to the original purchasing credit card or gift card account number only. The item(s) must be returned in new and unused condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories and original sales receipt (or packing slip for web orders) to ensure full credit. You will receive a full refund in the original form of payment for unopened items and store credit (at the current price) for opened items or items returned without a receipt. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product; you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We must physically receive the returned product within 30 days of purchase. Plum Market reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.


Wine Orders

By ordering any wine shipments, you certify that you are at least 21 years of age or older. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with any state and local laws relating to wine shipments into your state and you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Plum Market against and claims, demands, causes of action, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including any reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting or arising from or relating to your purchase of any wine from Plum Market. No shipment will be delivered unless an adult, at least 21 years of age or older, is present at the time of delivery and signs for the delivery. Returning Wine

Unfortunately, due to state laws, we are unable to accept returns of wine

In-Store Wine Pickup – West Bloomfield, MI

We currently only offer wine pickup at our West Bloomfield, Michigan location. If you place an order during business hours, expect to receive an email from us in about an hour to let you know when your wine will be ready. (Most orders are ready for pick-up next day, while some may take as long as a few days if we need to fill your order from multiple stores.)
