2015 Domaine Alain Voge 'Les Bulles d'Alain' Saint-Peray

Winemaker Notes: The Marsanne vines are about 30 years old and are located in the upper part of the Saint-Péray appellation.

The grapes are manually harvested and pressed. Elaboration according to the traditional method. The base wine ferments at low temperature in small stainless steel and concrete vats, then a second fermentation takes place in the bottle. The wine is then aged on laths for a minimum of 3 years.

On the nose, the wine is tense, with pastry notes. Roundness in the mouth, balance and a long and harmonious finish. A real treat !
