CRITICAL ACCLAIM
Domaine Bruno Colin 2017 Chassagne-Montrachet "En Remilly"

Burghound - "A cooler and much more elegant nose flashes admirable purity to the green apple, white flower and citrus peel scents. There is terrific intensity to the much more mineral-driven medium weight flavors that, not surprisingly, are considerably more refined before concluding in a balanced and sneaky long finish. This needs to develop a bit more depth but the underlying material is present such that more complexity should progressively emerge. Outstanding. Sweet Spot. Drink 2027+"
Domaine Bruno Colin 2017 Puligny-Montrachet "La Truffière"

Burghound - "A smoky nose features notes of spiced apple, acacia blossom, lemon zest and a suggestion of clove. There is once again excellent punch and delineation to the super-stony medium-bodied flavors that display the natural refinement of a Puligny 1er, all wrapped in a beautifully long and well-balanced finale. Once again, this needs better depth but more will almost certainly develop if 4 to 6 years of cellaring is allowed. Outstanding. Sweet Spot. Drink 2027+"
Domaine Bruno Colin 2017 Bâtard-Montrachet

Burghound - "A well-layered nose grudgingly reveals its aromas of both white and yellow orchard fruit, ample citrus and soft spice nuances that are framed but subtle but not invisible wood influence. Like the Blanchot there is excellent size, weight and muscle to the overtly powerful flavors that possess impressive depth and persistence on the sappy, balanced and harmonious finish. This is really very good and should age accordingly. Don't miss! Drink 2029+"
