Winemaker Notes: Light bodied. Currant and bright spice. Cranberry, red berry and nutmeg. Lively and refreshing on the palate. Bright fruit, light, elegant and transmitting the unique method in which it is created. Using Qvevri, clay vessels buried in the ground, and ancient method of controlling temperature, the wine is fermented and gains it unique character. This wine is for contemplation.
