Winemaker Notes: Light straw in color. Elegant aromas of Granny Smith apple, white flowers, and citrus notes. Crisp acidity with flavors of apple citrus, minerality, and a wisp of oak. Rich and silky on the palate. Finishes clean and bright. Aged in French oak barrels to create a complex expression of Alexander Valley fruit. Sumptuous, yet refreshing. Pairs well with seafood, creamy pasta, roasted chicken, or can be enjoyed on its own.
