2018 Podere Ciona 'Semifonte' Rosso Tuscany

Winemaker Notes: A rounded, well-balanced Merlot based wine that is great on its own or as an accompaniment to a wide variety of dishes. It has a bright, purple-red color with aromas of fresh plums, dried herbs, nuts and peppery undertones. Easy-drinking with a generous taste and a smooth finish, it is friendly and pairs well with many different dishes. Fermented in stainless steel, then aged for a year in large French oak vats. We recommend enjoying it within 3 to 6 years from vintage.
