2019 Chateau La Dauphine Fronsac

Winemaker Notes:  The Chateau de La Dauphine 2019 displays a dense and deep color in the glass. The nose expresses aromas of black fruits, which dominate the bouquet and are balanced with floral fragrances. On the palate, the wine reveals crunchy fruit and a great finesse. The Chateau de La Dauphine 2019 is a structured and delicate wine, offering a beautiful and faithful representation of the Fronsac appellation.

This 2019 vintage was very peaceful at Chateau de La Dauphine. After a mild winter and a rainy spring, summer temperatures hit record highs. This exceptional climate combined with the viticultural strategies of Chateau de La Dauphine to ensure excellent health. The light precipitation in September allowed the fruit to ripen and produce a significant volume of juice, just in time for the very tranquil, healthy harvest.
