Winemaker Notes: Les Margotés Rully Premier Cru is made from Chardonnay, the grapes of which are left on the vine for as long as possible so that the bunches reach optimum maturity. Harvested by hand, the bunches are then pressed into a whole harvest and the juice is naturally settled by gravity. Aging lasts between 12 and 18 months on lees and without stirring. Subsequently, the wine is further aged for a year in the bottle before being released on the market.
