Winemaker Notes: Ripe Bing Cherry and notes of Black Pepper. Our 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is our first Paso Robles AVA cab. While our goal is to be consistent throughout the vintages in order to provide a reliable product, the quality of Paso is evident in our latest release.
