2019 Neyers '304' Chardonnay Sonoma County
Winemaker Notes: The 2019 Neyers 304 Sonoma Chardonnay has a refreshing natural crispness to it, along with a delicious citric element of lemon and lime. It finishes fresh and vibrant and is low in alcohol. It goes well with a wide variety of foods.
CRITICAL ACCLAIM
Wine & Spirits - "The fruit for this stainless-steel chardonnay grows at Paul Larson’s vineyard on what was once a creek bed in Carneros. The saltedcaramel richness and flinty reduction come from the lees, recirculated from the bottom of the tank and slowly sprayed over the must at the top. As the reduction blows off with air, the wine reveals peach pit and bitter almond notes in a complex and integrated creaminess, incorporating the minerality of the lees. Serve it chilled with chicken Milanese."
James Suckling - "Aromas of white blossoms, fresh pears, sliced apples and lemon curd. It’s medium-to full-bodied with crisp acidity. Creamy and flavorful with a deliciously fresh fruit profile."
