Winemaker Notes:  The Pahlmeyer Proprietary Red presents a stunning tapestry of flavors, expertly crafted from 78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot, and 3% Cabernet Franc. Aromas dance between fruity and earthy, as wild blueberry, black plum, cassis, saddle leather, and cedar intermingle. On the palate, this opulent wine delights with layers of crushed ripe blackberry and castelvetrano olive. Fine-grained tannins provide a generous frame for the focused fruit core, with a lingering finish echoing earth and spice.
