2020 La Caccia Di San Giovanni Rosso Toscana

Winemaker Notes: An incredibly elegant wine from the estate. In 2020, the vineyard was dry for most of the year and rained somewhat soon before harvest, lessening the intense concentration and adding a bit of softness. The wine was vinified classically, and the oak treatment was quite dialed in after learning from the past vintages. From 2017 until the current vintage, this is the most elegant and expressive of the wines from La Caccia.
