2020 Le Clos du Serres, 'Saint Jean' Terrasses du Larzac

Winemaker Notes:  Where talent and terroir meet. The Fillons organically cultivate a geological mosaic of 30 acres, separated into 15 parcels, in the most northerly part of Languedoc at the foot of the Larzac plateau. With strictly controlled yields and parcel-by-parcel vinification in concrete vats, their aim is to showcase the fruit and freshness of the region.
