Winemaker Notes:

Colour: Ruby red of a good intensity

Nose: Ample nose of red berries with floral notes

Flavour: Fragrant, pleasant to drink. This wine can be appreciated when young, but it matures with great balance after a few years in the bottle.

Fermentation in stainless steel with temperature control. The wine matures for 1 year in steel.

Match with: Pasta with meat sauce, salame and cured meat, white meat roasts and stews.

Blend: 95% Sangiovese - 5% Canaiolo, Colorino
