2021 Cattleya 'Alma de Cattleya' Sauvignon Blanc RRV/Sonoma County
Winemaker Notes: Fruit for our Sauvignon Blanc is grown primarily in the Russian River Valley and along the Sonoma Coast. The grapes are harvested at night and immediately sorted at the winery. After pressing, the juice settles overnight. The juice is then carefully transferred to neutral oak barrels and stainless steel tanks for fermentation, preserving the unique and intense aromatics of the varietal.
Wine Spectator - "Aromatic, intense and distinctive, this delivers mouthwatering lemongrass, Meyer lemon, pomelo and white grapefruit flavors, with an intriguing touch of litsea oil that lingers on the fresh finish. Drink now"
