Winemaker Notes: The fruit for this wine is sourced from Premier Cru vineyard 'La Boudriotte', located at the bottom of the hill in the Morgeot area at an altitude of 234 metres above sea level. The vines are 28-years-old and Guyot-trained. The soils here are deep limestone clays with pockets of high iron and manganese content.
Tasting note: The wine has an elegant nose with fragrant aromas of white flowers, hazelnut and lemon sherbet. A taut mineral acidity drives the energetic palate and culminates in a long, layered finish.
