2021 NumbSkull GSM Red Blend Columbia Valley

Winemaker Notes: Opens with decadent aromas of ripe cherries and plums, with undertones of vanilla and black tea. On the palate, flavors of juicy strawberries, dark berries, and spiced vanilla with a full-bodied profile and refined structure. The 2021 NumbSkull GSM is beautifully rich yet balanced.

Blend: 40% Syrah 33% Mourvèdre 27% Grenache

NumbSkull started within the Mark Ryan family of wines with the 2014 vintage. Mark wanted to explore vineyards in Walla Walla and create wines representative of the valley. He continued to explore other AVA’s and sites as the NumbSkull labels expanded. The NumbSkull label is a collaboration with the talented Cherylin Andre, who utilized her method 'flame painting' with scorch marks and soot to create the label artwork.
