2021 Skull Wines Red Blend Lodi

Winemaker Notes:  An aromatic nose with notes of black tea, tobacco leaf, and dried fig. There is ripe juicy elderberry, blueberry, and plum fruit on the palate with a gently grippy savory finish. 50% Petite Sirah, 30% Mission, 20% Zinfandel. No added sulfur and aged 10 months in used oak.

Patrick and Pax's philosophy is to make hand-crafted wines in the spirit of old California. With this idea in mind, they work with family-owned, organically farmed vineyards and keep the winemaking simple.
