2021 The Fableist '774' Pinot Noir Central Coast

Winemaker Notes: Cola, fresh strawberries, and rhubarb jump out immediately. The longer it sits in the glass it begins to present more and more dried herb character along with pomegranates. Bright acid, with light savory notes and strawberry are present. Opens up to lots of baking spice and herbaceousness to go along with such pronounced fruit. Delicate but lingering and salivating tannins.

Excellent, stylish collaborational effort from Curt Schalchlin of Sans Liege and Andrew Jones of Field Recordings; two decidedly intense individuals. Exudes loads of red fruits expressions of strawberries and cherries with a fine racy verve.
