Jeb Dunnuck - "A blend of top barrels and 100% Cabernet Sauvignon that's pulled from 75% new oak, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Five Bands is loaded with ripe red and black fruits as well as complex notes of new leather, violets, and savory herbs. It's full-bodied and concentrated, with a seamless, layered mouthfeel and beautiful tannins. The vineyard mix here is Beckstoffer George III, Oakville Ranch, and Renteria 360. Drink bottles over the coming 20 years"
