Winemaker Notes: 60% fermented in oak barrels. Stylistically a harmonious balance between new world-style expressivity and Burgundian finesse. Chardonnay Royale grows in the plane of Ruppertsberg and is completely fermented and aged in oak. The wine is concentrated and long with great freshness and a lot of grip. Aromas of Williams pear, herbs and fine nuances of oak with savoury acidity. Elegant!
