2022 Château Tour Léognan Blanc Pessac-Léognan

Winemaker Notes:  The History of Chateau Tour Leognan is closely related to that of Chateau Carbonnieux. In fact, the Wines produced at Chateau Tour Leognan come from the same terroir as those of Chateau Carbonnieux, and appear as the second Label of the Chateau. In 1956, Marc PERRIN acquired the Chateau and set about restoring it. His son Antony PERRIN now runs the family estate. The Chateau Tour Leognan vineyard covers 85 hectares (213 acres), half planted with white, and half with red. The White grape harvest is always among the first in the bordelais. Controlled low temperature fermentation lasts three to four weeks, and the wine is then aged in the barrel for around ten months.
