CRITICAL ACCLAIM
Robert Parker's Wine Advocate - "The youngest parcel that informs the blend of the 2022 Morey-Saint-Denis Vieilles Vignes was planted 70 years ago, so it merits its denomination. Unfurling in the glass with aromas of plums, dark berries, spices and loamy soil, it's medium to full-bodied, rich and layered, with excellent concentration and a chassis of sweet, powdery tannin. Range: 90-92."
Vinous - "The 2022 Morey-Saint-Denis Vieilles Vignes includes 80% whole bunches and has more composure and complexity than the preceding Rue de Vergy, leaning more towards black fruit with light undergrowth scents. The palate is structured on the entry, those stems imparting an attractive pepperiness, becoming quite muscular towards the finish and as such, it should be afforded 3-4 years in bottle. Range: 88-90. "
