2021 Chateau Vessiere 'Le Mas de Vessiere' Blanc Pays d'Oc

Winemaker Notes: Mas de Vessière Blanc has a golden yellow color with silver sparkles in the glass. On the nose, the wine is fresh, with fruity aromas of lemon, pear and quince combined with white flowers and a mineral background. On the palate it is fine, delicate, juicy and soft. A mineral wine with good intensity and lingering finish.

The secret of this wine is the pebbles in the vineyard. These pebbles release heat each night to the Grenache Blanc & Muscat a Petit Grains grapes, which have accumulated the pebbles during the day. With slow and steady aging, as well as fermentation at low temperature (13°), this wine has a floral bouquet associated with delicate and lingering aromas.
