He was Andy Erickson's right-hand man a moon or two ago, and the protégé of the world's top consulting winemaker: Michel Rolland. Decanter - "The 2022 Fait-Main 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from top sites in Calistoga, Oakville, and St. Helena, presenting a stylish and polished expression of Napa Cabernet. Medium- to full-bodied, it showcases superfine tannins wrapped in a layered saline-acid tension, adding precision and lift. Bright, crisp pomegranate seed freshness drives the palate, alongside explosive blue fruit and violet notes, carrying through to a long, dry, and laser-focused finish. Aged 18 months in 75% new French oak, this is an elegant yet structured wine with vibrancy and finesse."
