2022 Gaspard Gamay Loire Valley

Winemaker Notes: Cabernet Franc made naturally from sustainable farming grapes grown in the Loire Valley. The Pinot Noir grapes undergo semi-carbonic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in 350 hl tanks. The wine is aged eight months before a light filtration and it’s bottled with a minimal addition of sulfites (less than 3g of sulfur). This is a medium-body wine with blackberry, bell-pepper leaf, and a savory palate.
