2022 Jean-Paul Brun Domaine des Terres Dorees Chardonnay Beaujolais

Winemaker Notes:  Jean-Paul Brun’ makes serious Beaujolai. His Blanc boasts a palate full of pear, apple and lemon flavors with subtle hints of spring flowers. No butter or toast in this unoaked Chardonnay: it is all about freshness and discretion. This wine becomes more honeyed as it matures, but is always lip-smacking and delicious. Pair with cheeses, white fish or poultry.
