From Wachau vineyards in Weissenkirchen, Durnstein and Loiben, Högl's Federspiel Grüner Veltliner comes from 15 year-old vines planted close to the Danube on sandy soils. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks and kept on the lees until February of the year following the vintage.
