2023 Belle Glos 'Oeil de Perdrix' Rosé Sonoma County

Winemaker Notes:  Oeil-de-perdrix, French for "eye of the partridge" is a traditional term for this wine's seductive color. To capture this shade along with the wine's crisp acidity and bold berry flavors, they lightly press Pinot Noir whole clusters, then allow the wine a brief affair with French oak barrels during and after fermentation.
