2023 Copain Rose of Pinot Noir Mendocino County

Winemaker Notes:  On the nose, notes of fresh strawberries, lilac and fresh flowers come soaring out of the glass. On the palate, flavors of strawberry, blood orange and papaya mingle together, pushing the limits of density while keeping its sleek, fresh and bright style. A racy, slight chalkiness gives this wine a laser-like structure. As always, serious fun in the glass. The most versatile wine in Copain's roster, there are literally no rules when it comes to food pairing this Rosé, but it's especially enjoyable with tuna tartare or butter poached crab.
