2023 Field Recordings 'SKINS' Orange Wine Central Coast

Winemaker Notes:  A crisp orange wine perfect to pair with spicy foods, springtime, and... well, anything. It will make you a believer in non-red wines. Field Recordings uses a mix of white grapes from different vineyards that the winemakers destem and ferment on skins, resulting in a beautiful showcase of all the delicate flavors of white wine, but with more substance and texture.

Blend: 34% CHENIN BLANC, 18% PINOT GRIS, 12% COLOMBARD, 9% XAREL.LO, 8% VERDELHO, 6% VERMENTINO, 3% TROUSSEAU GRIS, 3% SEMILLON, 3% GEWURZTRAMINER, 2% RIESLING, 2% MALVASIA BIANCA.
