On the nose, the wine offers a range of fruity and floral scents, including raspberry, cherry, and violets, with a hint of spice. The mouth feel is medium-bodied, with soft tannins and refreshing acidity that balance the fruit-forward flavors. Dry but jammy, juicy, soft and bright as a result of the cabronic maceration.
