Winemaker Notes: 100% Assyrtiko from a vineyard at 700m altitude in the Agios Panteleimon district of Amyndeon. The poor, sandy soil results in low yields of exquisitely high-quality and aromatically rich grapes. Fermented in tank and aged in tank on the fine lees for 4-5 months before bottling.
Vibrant yellow lemon color. Intense nose with aromas of peach and apricot, complemented by notes of citrus and white blossoms. The mouth is crisp and zesty with balancing acidity and delicate mineral notes in the background. Pleasant lingering finish.
