Winemaker Notes: This aromatic white is a blend of two native Sicilian varietals, Albanello and Zibibbo. The wine is fermented dry; Zibibbo lends a floral, aromatic complexity while Albanello adds structure. It seems Occhipinti does her magic with whites as well as her reds.
