2024 Tilisma Winery Saperavi-Kakhuri Mtsvane-Rkatsiteli Qvevri Rose Georgia

Winemaker Notes: Dark rubis color rosé wine made of 60% of Saperavi, 30% of Rkatsiteli and 10% of Kakhuri Mtsvane. Notes of red berry jam, chocolate, cherry. Our vineyards are grown organically without the use of pesticides or fertilizers. We are in the process of certification by Caucascert. The 2025 vintage will be fully certified.

Our logo is inspired by a pre-Columbian shamanic woman figure. We are often being asked the reason behind such an unusual choice. For us, it emphasizes the growing role of women winemakers in the renewal of Georgian wine traditions. Additionally, all primitive religious beliefs are built around the universal concept of the power of nature. This is exactly the fundamental idea behind the natural wine movement. Tilisma in Georgian means “talisman”. The shamanic woman is our protective talisman and our connection with the forces of nature.
