Winemaker Notes:Bellissima Zero Sugar Sparkling Wine is our very own winemaking signature. It is a unique wine created NATURALLY by the implementation of a state of the art winemaking process. Years of research, tastings, and samplings led to the development of the perfect technique in which we are able to eliminate all of the sugar from the wine.
It is an enthralling wine that exhales a fine scent of white flowers and grapefruit. It is fresh, velvety, and creamy with a pleasant acidity. Bellissima Zero is crisp and fresh, with a fine and persistent perlage.
