2020 Matic Wines 'Get The Party Started' Amphora Riesling Slovenia

Winemaker Notes: Harvested and carefully selected under the full moon, the grapes were transferred into clay amphora. There, they spent 214 days on their skins, naturally fermenting on the wild yeasts. The wine was then pressed and racked back into amphora for settling. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, also under the full moon, it truly seems like a kind of wine ancient gods would choose for their party – just as the label states it. With generous aromas of green apples, orange zest and blossom, along with soft tannins and a bit of spice on the palate, Matic Get The Party Started is a Riesling like no other. Organic.
