Winemaker Notes:  Chardonnay is the most widely planted and most versatile grape in the world. It thrives both in warm and cool climate regions expressing a vast amount of characteristics. Our 76/96 Dijon clones take well to our cool Northern Michigan climate and produce a lean and steely version of this famous grape. Our Chardonnay is fruit forward and lean with a mild acidity, and stainless steel fermented and aged to preserve it's varietal characteristics.
